Effective Date: March 1, 2026

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales at Primitive Biotech are final once an order leaves our facility.

No Returns

We do not accept returns of any products under any circumstances.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked.

This policy exists to protect product integrity, sterility, and regulatory compliance for all researchers.

No Refunds After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, refunds are not issued for products that have left our facility, except in the limited cases outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect—such as a broken vial, cracked seal, or cap malfunction—you may request a replacement or refund.

To submit a claim, please email info@PrimitiveBiotech.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Photos of the shipping box and internal packaging

All claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Primitive Biotech will review the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

No Coverage for Improper Handling

Primitive Biotech is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper storage
  • Improper handling
  • Temperature exposure after delivery
  • User error

Once a shipment is delivered, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers fully to the purchaser.

No Refunds for Requests for Instructions or Usage Guidance

Primitive Biotech products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all purchasers confirm at checkout that they are qualified researchers with the appropriate training and knowledge to work with these materials.

Primitive Biotech does not provide:

  • Dosing information
  • Reconstitution instructions
  • Administration methods
  • Usage or application protocols

Requests for instructions or guidance do not constitute a product defect, shipping error, or grounds for a refund.

If a purchaser completes an order and later determines they require additional information to proceed, this does not qualify the order for cancellation, return, or refund.
