5. Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. Replacements or refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs holds, or lost shipments.

6. Indemnity & Liability Waiver

By purchasing from Primitive Biotech, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Primitive Biotech, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the purchase, possession, or use of our products.

You acknowledge and accept that:

11. Payment & Billing Descriptor

Charges may appear on your financial statement as:

Primitive Biotech or the applicable processor name (CashApp, Zelle, etc.)

Product Quality Guarantee

You may have any product independently tested at an HPLC-licensed testing facility.

If results are negative, we will refund:

  • The HPLC test cost
  • The full order amount
  • Shipping charges

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Primitive Biotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account without notice if program rules are violated.

We may withhold unpaid commissions and seek recovery of previously paid commissions related to violations. Terminated affiliates are not permitted to re-register under any associated business or website.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Brand keyword bidding or targeting (“Primitive Biotech”) via PPC or SEO
  • Discount or coupon aggregation websites
  • Self-purchases or own orders generating commissions

Affiliates violating these rules will forfeit commissions.

Primitive Biotech reserves the right to modify Affiliate Program terms at any time at its sole discretion.
